Believe it or not this is a cake! It is 100% edible and took three months to design and make, from the initial 2D diagrams through the piping stages to the final construction. Every detail of the building’s original features have been recreated by hand from icing, every brick, every rail on the balcony, every Roman numeral on the clock and facet of the weather vane is true to life and has been miniturised for uniquely commissioned consumption.
