Palazzo Colonna!

I had the pleasure of working for one night only at the Palazzo Colonna, the oldest palace in Rome, alongside Sabrina Ronchi, the only silhouette artist in the whole of Italy! It was the first time we had worked together and we got on so well, I’m sure there is bound to be a next time after this! What a venue, what a night! Live piano music by the masterful Okiem. Such a gentleman! The taxi driver was kind enough to stop off at the majestic Trevi fountain so I could experience it’s wonder in the calm of the night before returning to my hotel and an early rise to fly home!

L.K.Bennett fashion launch

L.K.Bennett have used me on a few special occasions, this time it was launching a new range of women’s wear. The face of the Preen range was supermodel Erin O’Connor who I silhouetted along with the designers Thea Bregazzi & Justin Thornton. The height of those models is just other worldly! They dressed me in one of their classic outfits which I got to keep!

A special story

When I was 18 I was just practicing silhouette cutting on friends and family. I took a stall at a local fair for a day selling silhouettes to the public just to get a wider range of practice in and see the public reaction to my craft. A lady there, Emma, was taken by my talent and asked if I would come cut them at her friend’s wedding. So that was the first silhouette cutting gig I ever did. 20 years later and Emma calls me to ask me to come cut silhouettes again only this time it’s for her wedding! Thanks Emma for remembering me after all those years!

Another NYE at the Shard. This is starting to become my regular NYE haunt. Glad they like me enough to keep having me back!

For the very best wedding videographer I highly recommend…Pretty in White!

It was one of those take your breath away venues, Brocket Hall in Hatfield, picturesque views in every direction, beautifully decorated with stunning floristry, the occasion was flawless with a host of top rate services from the caterers to the pianist to the wedding videographers. Here it was that I met Rob Dunlop of Pretty in White wedding videography:¬†www.prettyinwhite.com He was so discreet in his quickness to dot around the room catching every precious moment with his accomplice, between the two of them they didn’t miss a thing including me! Some videographers can be so concentrated on the main wedding couple that the subtle assets of the day get over looked but not Rob, he covered every aspect of the day all timed perfectly to achieve a great combination of shots. The final edits are outstanding. I was amazed to see the results of me in action which you can witness for yourself in the edit below and from which it is plain to see the quality of what he’s capable of. If you are looking for the perfect wedding videographer you’ve found him!
